Yes! Cancer Warrior Truck is a registered nonprofit organization. With the exception of necessary truck maintenance, 100% of the funds we raise go directly to families of children battling cancer. We're proud to operate with transparency and community support at the core of everything we do.

Funds raised are used to directly assist families dealing with the financial strain of childhood cancer. This can include help with travel expenses, lodging during hospital stays, meals, and other essentials. We do not take administrative salaries or cut percentages — it all goes to the families, because it’s all about the kids.

You can donate online, by mail, or in person at one of our events. A secure donation link will be provided on our website — or feel free to contact us for other options. Every dollar makes a difference!

Yes. As a registered nonprofit, your donations are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. After donating, you will receive a receipt for your records.

We host two signature events each year:

• Cruise to Blank Children’s Hospital – Held annually in May (Des Moines, IA)

• Cancer Warrior Truck Fun Fest – This year’s event is Saturday, September 14th, from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Bell Business Center in Des Moines.
